Writer, illustrator, colorist, young adult novelist, painter, and most likely hyperactive, François has been working in the world of comics since the early 2000s. He has contributed to nearly 50 albums, both in Europe and Québec (Sagah-Nah, Chroniques Sauvages, La Bête du Lac, 1642, Magasin Général, L’Agent Double, Le Grand Mort, Les Chasseurs de Sorcières, and more). Along the way, he has picked up several awards and nominations, including a Bédélys for Best Album (Chroniques Sauvages) and two Shuster Awards: Best Cover (Chroniques Sauvages) and Best Colorist (Magasin Général). With a strong interest in Québec’s history and landscapes, his favorite themes include New France and Indigenous myths.
